As an international company, we know that external expansion is nothing without internal growth. This is why we are looking for a resourceful and hands-on internal systems administrator that can help streamline our internal document and data workflows.

This position will work closely with our team in order to administer and support our internal business systems (ERPs, CRMs, marketing, and sales automation platforms).

 

What you will do

  • Assure first level support for the ERP (Sage X3), CRM (HubSpot), as well as for other internally developed applications.
  • Liaise with the software suppliers for new requests or second level support.
  • Follow the implementation of these applications, as well as their integration.
  • Participate in the analysis and implementation of future platforms, meant to accelerate, and optimize our internal flows.
  • Solve requests from our teams regarding either the existing functionality of these systems or the expansion of the said functionality.
  • Cooperate with other peers and users of the application when the need arises.
  • Propose technical solutions (software or workflow-related) to internal workflow issues.

 

What you should have to get along fine

  • Experience in first and second level support for ERPs, CRMs, and other B2B systems;
  • Computer science, cybernetics, or a similar college degree;
  • Be fluent in English, but French would be a plus.

Technical Integration Analyst
Permanent contract

In other words, we are a cloud-based business ecosystem automation provider focused on streamlining processes among trading partners.

We are looking for a talented business analyst that can analyse the processes and operational flows of our clients with the purpose of choosing the best BEA solution for their business. The analyst will play a key role in the implementation process, by aligning the designed and delivered solutions with the clients’ needs.

What You Will Do

  • Delivery of the technical implementation of the integration projects, making the connection between the client’s ERP and the DocProcess platform (technical aspects of the project, solution architecture, implementation, and support throughout testing and until Go Live);
  • Manage several integration projects at once, for multiple clients;
  • Cooperate with internal teams to test and implement the technical solution, coordinate changes that are needed to ensure a successful integration;
  • Investigate client’s needs, gather information, model and interpret the models obtained;
  • Analyse the structure of the business, its goals, processes and data;
  • Perform reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports;
  • Write functional specifications in a common language for the client and development team;
  • Detail client requests and interpret them for transposition into software functionalities;
  • Identify the mapping of the existing functionalities of the software depending on the client’s requirements;
  • Mapping of electronic documents of different formats (CSV, XML, EDIFACT, IDOC, etc.);
  • Write testing specifications for acceptance based on the functional specifications;
  • Following-up on the operation of the resulting functionalities by getting involved in the functional testing;
  • Service desk activities – provide technical support for possible issues that occur during production on integrated clients;
  • Communicate with clients, analyze and solve possible issues during production on integrated clients;
  • Run workshops and training sessions;
  • Occasionally support product presentations and demonstrations.

What You Should Have

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a technology company
  • Good practice of specific tools for business modelling (UML, BPMN)

Presales Consultant

We are looking for a talented Presales Consultant that can understand customer’s challenges in terms of processes and operational flows with the purpose of choosing the best BEA (Business Ecosystem Automation) solution for their business. The Presales Consultant will play a key role in the sales process by driving the achievement of the DocProcess sales objectives with his or her technical expertise.

 

What you will do

Contribute to the sales team revenue goals by supporting the Romanian Direct Sales Team. You will provide customer-facing technical pre-sales assistance and help qualify leads, using your deep understanding of the product’s ideal customer pain points. You may even initiate the first call or digital contact with leads.

You will be:

  • Responsible for the drafting of the technical and financial offers by working closely with the delivery team
  • Investigate client’s needs, gather information, analyze the structure of the business, its goals, processes and data;
  • Build technical relationship with prospects and/or existing customers;
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations;
  • Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts (POC);
  • Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies;
  • Compare competitive products to specify the most advantageous solutions for customers;
  • Take a leading role in specifying technical solutions and writing proposals and tender responses;
  • Act as a trusted market advisor to customers and potential customers by providing information about industry insights, trends and top technologies;
  • Work closely with the delivery team for the project hand over and for providing customers’ feedback in terms of product roadmap;
  • Update CRM with the progress of the deal analysis from a technical point of view;

 

What you should have

5 years of experience in a similar position in a SaaS technology company;

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a consultative sales role
  • Experience managing corporate or enterprise-level accounts;
  • Good practice of specific tools for business modelling (process flow and BPMN are nice to have);
