I received a new document from one of my partners, but it did not appear in the main interface
1.Some documents can transit the system with greater difficulty, due to the multiple checks made by our robots.
2.First, all you have to do is press the Refresh button.
3.If the document does not appear, you can try searching for it in another category of documents.
4.It is also likely that the document was rejected by the system due to missing data. In this case, your partner will receive one of the common errors in our system: a format, content or recipient error. Ask your partner to check the status of the file!
