The Two Minute Guide

Hello and welcome to the beta version of our new Business Ecosystem automation platform! We hope you’ve had a chance to get the hang of the new interface. If you haven’t, this simple two minute tutorial will get you up to speed in a moment. Just press play!

Logging In

1.To login, simply introduce your username and password into the corresponding fields.

2.Forgot your password? No problem, just click the “Forgot your password” button from the left side of the screen.

3.Once logged in, take a minute to observe the new interface. Your documents will be shown the moment you log in.

Managing Documents

1.Your Document categories are on the right side of the screen. By default, your Orders will be shown first.

2.If you think you’re about to receive a new invoice or order, just use the Refresh button to check for it.

3.If you need to filter your documents, just select one of the preset filters.

4.If you’d like to use your own, simply add them by using the “More Filters” button.

8.If you need more information about your documents, the Columns button on the right side of the screen can help.

9.Pressing Export will turn your document list into an Excel file.

10.Downloading a document is easy. Just hover your mouse over it and then click on the floating menu from the right.

11.The same menu can help you see related files, such as a .pdf document attached to an .xml invoice.

Changing Products and Languages

1.The menu from the upper left side of the screen allows you to switch between products and product versions.

2.The Language can be accessed from the upper right side of the screen.

3.The adjacent menu can be used to access the User Guide or give us feedback on the new version.
