We are looking for a talented Presales Consultant that can understand customer’s challenges in terms of processes and operational flows with the purpose of choosing the best BEA (Business Ecosystem Automation) solution for their business. The Presales Consultant will play a key role in the sales process by driving the achievement of the DocProcess sales objectives with his or her technical expertise.

 

What you will do

Contribute to the sales team revenue goals by supporting the Romanian Direct Sales Team. You will provide customer-facing technical pre-sales assistance and help qualify leads, using your deep understanding of the product’s ideal customer pain points. You may even initiate the first call or digital contact with leads.

You will be:

  • Responsible for the drafting of the technical and financial offers by working closely with the delivery team
  • Investigate client’s needs, gather information, analyze the structure of the business, its goals, processes and data;
  • Build technical relationship with prospects and/or existing customers;
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations;
  • Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts (POC);
  • Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies;
  • Compare competitive products to specify the most advantageous solutions for customers;
  • Take a leading role in specifying technical solutions and writing proposals and tender responses;
  • Act as a trusted market advisor to customers and potential customers by providing information about industry insights, trends and top technologies;
  • Work closely with the delivery team for the project hand over and for providing customers’ feedback in terms of product roadmap;
  • Update CRM with the progress of the deal analysis from a technical point of view;

 

What you should have

5 years of experience in a similar position in a SaaS technology company;

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a consultative sales role
  • Experience managing corporate or enterprise-level accounts;
  • Good practice of specific tools for business modelling (process flow and BPMN are nice to have);
  • Understand business structure and operational processes;
  • Familiarity with digital transformation and automation and to have heard of EDI, RPA, OCR, A.I., and machine learning;
  • Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving;
  • Behavioural Characteristics (ethics, trustworthiness, and personal organization);
  • Business Knowledge;
  • Communication Skills;
  • Interaction Skills (leadership and facilitation);

We are looking for a talented business analyst that can analyze the processes and operational flows of our clients with the purpose of choosing the best BEA solution for their business. The analyst will play a key role in the implementation process as well as in the presales stage, by aligning the designed and delivered solutions with the clients’ needs.

What You Will Do

  • Investigate client’s needs, gather information;
  • Analyse the structure of the business, its goals, processes and data;
  • Perform reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports;
  • Write specifications and recommend improved procedures
  • Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies;
  • Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems;
  • Run workshops and training sessions;
  • Occasionally support product presentations and demonstrations.

What You Should Have

  • 5 years of experience in a similar position in a technology company;
  • Good practice of specific tools for business modelling (UML, BPMN);

What will your role be:

  • Lead the Partnership team for CEE & ME (regional role)
  • Establish and implement the partnership strategy for the regions assigned

Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for a technically savvy Customer Success Manager who possesses a strong drive for results. Your duties will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships, contributing to sales and relationship expansion, onboarding and training clients, and minimizing churn. You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.

You will also understand customer outcomes through ongoing collection and analysis of data and feedback and turn this into onboarding and retention strategies as well as feed into the product road map. You’ll be involved in all aspects of support, demonstrating the product, educating customers and more. All team members look to customer success for input across all key decisions.

The ideal Customer Success Manager should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution (first line technical support and collaborate with IT team for second level support)
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
